Return Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns on customized orders, but please reach out if there is an issue.

Returns are accepted on non-customized items within 3 days of receipt. You must email pattyb@pattybzz.com for return instructions prior to mailing your return. Items must be in unused, original condition for the return to be accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
