Where is your store?
Patty B'zz is an online store based out of Louisville, KY! I currently do not have a physical retail location and I operate exclusively online.
Can I purchase an item without a monogram or personalization?
Yes, we try to offer products with or without a monogram or personalization. If you run across a product that does not have that option, please shoot an email to pattyb@pattybzz.com so listing can be updated for you!
What is your turnaround time?
We try to keep my turnaround time between 7-10 business days before shipping if your product is being personalized. Non-personalized items will be shipped sooner. Please note - business days are M-F, do not include weekends or holidays! During busier times, it may take me a little longer to complete your order.
Do you take special requests for specific items or designs?
Yes, yes, yes!! Custom design is the name of this game! Please let us know if you are looking for a particular item, font, fabric, or color that you do not see listed. We will be more than happy to work with you on special requests. Please shoot an email to pattyb@pattybzz.com
What is your shipping policy?
All items are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight, FedEx or UPS. Tracking is included at no additional cost. Please understand that we are no longer responsible for your package once it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx or UPS.
Where do I find tracking info?
Tracking info will be emailed to the email address on file!
What if I submit my order and then change my mind? How long do I have to change or cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, provided the item has not been completed or shipped. You must send an email to pattyb@pattybzz.com with your Order Number. Once these steps are completed, your payment will be immediately refunded.
What is your return policy?
I do not offer refunds or returns on customized orders, but please reach out to me if there is an issue.
Returns are accepted on non-customized items within 3 days of receipt. You must email at pattyb@pattybzz.com for return instructions prior to mailing your return. Items must be in unused, original condition for the return to be accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
